Divide the sausage into 6 equal portions
Roll each portion into a ball
Place a sausage meat ball onto your counter, or parchment paper if you want to save cleaning up later.
Pat the sausage meatball down until it is an oval that has enough space to hold an egg.
Place the peeled boiled egg in the centre of the sausagement and wrap the sausagement around the egg.et and pressure from your hands.
Then place your three bowls of ingredients
Bowl 1: flour & garlic powder combined
Bowl 2: Beaten egg.
Bowl 3: Panko or breadcrumbs, brown sugar and smoked paprika powder.
Roll each sausagemeat covered egg in bowl 1then dip in the bowl 2 and then roll in bowl 3
Preheat air fryer at 190°C for 10 minutes.
Set the scotch eggs on the bottom of your air fryer basket.
Be sure to leave space around each one for air to circulate.
Air-fry eggs for 12 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
