Cevapi made with Scotch Lamb
traditional Bosnian kebab with Scotch Lamb

- 500 g minced Scotch Lamb
- 250 g minced lamb
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 100 ml sparkling water
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Add minced Scotch Lamb, salt, pepper, garlic and sparkling water to a bowl.
Combine all of these ingredients together well,
Leave the mixture in the fridge for several hours, ideally overnight.
Remove the bowl from the fridge and add the bicarbonate of soda.
Mix well.
Form the cevapi using your hands.
