Cevapi made with Scotch Lamb

traditional Bosnian kebab with Scotch Lamb

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g minced Scotch Lamb
  • 250 g minced lamb
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 100 ml sparkling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Instructions
 

  • Add minced Scotch Lamb, salt, pepper, garlic and sparkling water to a bowl.
  • Combine all of these ingredients together well,
  • Leave the mixture in the fridge for several hours, ideally overnight.
  • Remove the bowl from the fridge and add the bicarbonate of soda.
  • Mix well.
  • Form the cevapi using your hands.
