Carefully cut the Easter Egg in half. This was easy to do with a Cadbury Creme Egg Easter Egg as the shell was already split at the seam
If your egg isn't already split, then run a sharp, warmed knife along the seamline scoring it until the shell splits.
Crush your chosen biscuits with a rolling pin or in a food processor.
Melt the butter and add the crushed biscuits to the melted butter.
Mix until all the butter is absorbed.
Spoon the biscuit mix into the bottom of the egg halves gently.
Place the eggs into your fridge to chill.
In a bowl add the cream cheese and icing sugar.
Whisk thoroughly.
Spoon the cheesecake filling carefully into the egg.
Decorate with your chosen toppings such as Cadbury Mini Eggs, Kit Kat Bunny etc and place into the fridge to set.
Drizzle with the chocolate and top with mini eggs before placing in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.
