Easy air fryer baked avocado egg breakfast

easy to make breakfast recipe of baked avocado egg

Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200C.
  • Split avocados in half and remove the pit.
  • Gently scoop out some of the pulp to make the hole bigger to make more room for the egg.
  • Place avocado halves in the air fryer, I used some tin foil to stabilise them
  • Crack an egg into each avocado hole.
  • Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the whites are set and the yolk is cooked how you like it.
  • Check the eggs halfway through.
  • Add your toppings.
