Ben Bracken Highland Single Malt 10-15ml mince pie syrup
Dash bitters

of Lidl’s Belbake Traditional Mincemeat

of sugar

Instructions
To make the mince pie syrup, Heat mincemeat, sugar and water gently to dissolve sugar, strain
Move onto making the cocktail. Stir over all ingredients over a large block of ice and pour into an old fashioned glass.
Garnish with an orange twist and serve with a mini mince pie on the side
