Mince Pie Old Fashioned Cocktail
Ingredients
- 50 ml Ben Bracken Highland Single Malt 10-15ml mince pie syrup
- Dash bitters optional
- 100 grams of Lidl’s Belbake Traditional Mincemeat
- 100 grams of sugar
- 200 ml water
Instructions
- To make the mince pie syrup, Heat mincemeat, sugar and water gently to dissolve sugar, strain
- Move onto making the cocktail. Stir over all ingredients over a large block of ice and pour into an old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist and serve with a mini mince pie on the side
