Pear and Stilton cheese with Greek Wildwood Honey
Cheese and honey cheeseboard for after dinner
Ingredients
- 125 g blue cheese such as Stilton, Shropshire blue or the wonderfully-named Blue Murder!
- 3 ripe pears dessert pears if possible
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Choice of honey
Instructions
- Always wash fruit before serving
- Slice pears lengthways making sure you remove centre core and pips.
- Place sliced pears on cheeseboard and drizzle over lemon juice
- Serve cheese on your board or serving plate with your honey pot.
