Pear and Stilton cheese with Greek Wildwood Honey
Cheese and honey cheeseboard for after dinner
- 125 g blue cheese such as Stilton, Shropshire blue or the wonderfully-named Blue Murder!
- 3 ripe pears dessert pears if possible
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Choice of honey
Always wash fruit before serving
Slice pears lengthways making sure you remove centre core and pips.
Place sliced pears on cheeseboard and drizzle over lemon juice
Serve cheese on your board or serving plate with your honey pot.
