Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 can Condensed Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pie base

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C/gas mark 7.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour into the ready made crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Then reduce oven temperature to 175 degrees C/gas mark 3 and continue baking until a knife inserted into the pie comes out clean.
  • Remove the pie and set aside to cool.
