Recipe: Melon, Lemon and Thyme Salad

Ingredients

Honeydew melon
1/2
Galia melon - or two types of any melon you have.
1 1/2
teaspoons
fresh thyme leaves
1
teaspoon
5ml floral liqueur, such as elderflower liqueur or cider or rose wine
1
teaspoon
5ml lemon juice
Instructions
Toss the chopped melon, thyme, liqueur, and lemon together in a medium bowl.
Cover the bowl and and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Stir the salad again.
Serve on top of ricotta as a refreshing starter.
