Rosemary whipped cream with Grilled Blood Oranges

Ingredients

blood oranges
in season

tbsp
fresh rosemary leaves
finely chopped
1
tbps runny honey
3
tbps whipping or double cream
Instructions
Wash and peel oranges carefully. Try to remove all pith.
Cut orange into medium size slices.
Preheat oven to medium setting. Place orange slices on flat based baking tin covered in baking paper or foil.
Drizzle over honey of your choice. Sprinkle over a few finely chopped rosemary leaves. Roast in oven until oranges are nicely carmelised.
Place cream in a blender. Add finely chopped rosemary leaves.
Serve orange slices, topped with rosemary whipped rosemary cream.
