n a frying pan, heat the oil over a medium heat.
Add the sausage meat and cook until browned.
Remove the cooked sausage and set aside.
Add onion to the frying pan and cook until softened.
Add the garlic, mixed herbs and black pepper.
Stir together then add the cooked sausages.
Add in the tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, beans and stock.
Mix well.
Turn the heat to low and cook for around 10-15 mins.
Whilst this is bubbling away, cook your spaghetti.
Add the drained spaghetti to the sauce
Serve in a big hearty bowl.
