Preheat oven to 375F/190C/Gas 5.
Take a rimmed baking sheet and line with aluminium foil.
Mix together, in a bowl, garlic, oil, smoked paprika, brown sugar, dry mustard, and salt. Add the baby potatoes.
Mix the potatoes around in the mixture until the potatoes are fully coated.
Take a potato and wrap a strip of streaky bacon around it.
Place onto the baking tray.
Continue with the rest of the potatoes.
Bake until the potatoes are tender - this sound take about 50-60 minutes.
Serve warm with aioli on the side for dipping.
Garnish with parsley if required.
