Tia Maria Matcha Martini

Martini made with Tia Maria Matcha

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Tia Maria Matcha Cream Liqueur
  • 30 ml vodka
  • Matcha sugar to rim the glass (optional)

Instructions
 

  • To make the matcha sugar: mix 2tsp of sugar and 1tsp of matcha powder on a plate. If using, wet the rim of the glass, then gently dip in the matcha mixture.
  • Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well.
  • Strain into a coupe or martini glass previously rimmed with matcha sugar.
